The MicroLab is a complete analytical system that delivers comprehensive test results for machine lubricants, including engine and gear box oils, and hydraulic, power steering and transmission fluids. The MicroLab provides immediate test data results, as well as actionable, corrective advice that can be easily understood by field operators. The system can also be set up to send email warning alerts as soon as abnormal or critical test results are found. It is the ideal tool for condition-based monitoring of high-use, reciprocating engines like high-mileage fleet trucks or heavy equipment used on location in industries like mining, maritime, and construction.
The PAMAS S40 is a portable particle counting system for oil-based liquids like hydraulic and lubricating oil. A wear resistant ceramic piston pump guarantees a constant flow. With a simple-to-use touch screen user interface, operation is easy and intuitive. The system is equipped with an integrated battery for up to three hours operation and data storage of up to 4000 measurements. The system can be used for batch sampling and online measurements.
The Minilab53 delivers comprehensive on-site oil analysis, providing immediate actionable results, saving time and reducing costs.The MiniLab53 seamlessly integrates with the Machinery Health Manager Oilview software module. Samples, Batches, Routes or Sample Lists are created in Oilview and downloaded to the MiniLab53. Once measurements are made, the data is automatically transferred to the user database.
